We have reserved a hotel block in Marki for local guests. A parking lot is available. For guests traveling from the USA, we recommend staying in a hotel for a few days located in central Warsaw to allow for easier sightseeing. We have arranged a room block in Hotel Barcelo - Warsaw Powiśle. Please see our "Travel & Stay" page for more details.

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, however please arrive by 4:15 PM. We will have transportation from Hotel Barcelo - Warsaw Powiśle and Noclegi Marki that will ensure on-time arrival. Transport departure times from hotels will be provided closer to the date.

For guests staying in Hotel Barcelo - Warsaw Powiśle or Noclegi Marki, we will have a shuttle. This shuttle will also be available at the end of the wedding to come back to the hotel.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Reception will be held mainly inside with access to the outside. In the event of inclement weather, all events will be held inside.

Black tie optional. For ladies: When choosing footwear, please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, requiring some walking on grass. The reception will follow indoors, featuring a floor suitable for all types of footwear. Our wedding will last 12 hours - consider bringing flats as a back up. Evenings can get chilly. We recommend bringing a shawl.

This wedding celebration is for guests aged 18 and over. We thank you for your understanding.
